The hotel exceeded our expectations with large and spacious rooms, although our check-in was delayed slightly despite prior confirmation from staff. The service, particularly from Gamze, Necdet, and Mr Anil, was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were excellent, very spacious, and clean. The service was top-notch with friendly staff who greeted me warmly and even offered help with finding a chemist. The location, although a bit far from the main areas, was nice and convenient for visiting Aqua Florya Mall and Cennat Street. The dining experience was adequate with a suitable selection of traditional Turkish food. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
